  • How to download the app

    1. Visit the App Store on your Apple device, Google Play on your Android device, or AppGallery on your Huawei device

    2. Click on the icon to start download
    3. Login requires your existing Absa Internet Banking information, which you will receive once you register for online banking

  • How to register

    1. Download Absa Zambia Mobile App via Google Play store or Apple store
    2. Open the app on your device
    3. Click register
    4. Enter your details and click next
    5. Enter bank details and click next
    6. You receive an OTP via SMS
    7. Enter OTP
    8. Create an online banking username
    9. Create an online banking password
    10. You will see a confirmation screen and are now registered

  • How to buy airtime

    1. Open the Absa Zambia Mobile App on your deviceLogin
    2. Select 'Buy airtime' at the bottom of the screen
    3. Select Buy for Myself or Someone New
    4. Select mobile number for recipient or choose from your contacts list (If contact is saved)
    5. Enter Beneficiary name and enable 'Save beneficiary for future use' option at the bottom of the screen
    6. Select Network operator (Airtel/MTN/Zamtel)
    7. Review and save recipient

  • How to buy electricity

    1. Open the Absa Zambia Mobile App on your device
    2. Login
    3. Select 'Pay a Bill' at the bottom of the screen
    4. Select Pay a New Biller
    5. Select Electricity, Zesco Prepaid
    6. Enter Meter number, Beneficiary name and enable 'Save beneficiary for future use' option at the bottom of the screen
    7. Select continue
    8. Enter and confirm OTP
    9. Confirmation screen

  • How to pay for DSTV

    1.  Open the Absa Zambia Mobile App on your device
    2. Login
    3. Select 'Pay a Bill' at the bottom of the screen
    4. Select Pay a new biller
    5. Select Television Subscription, Multichoice - Dstv
    6. Enter smart card number and recipient nickname and enable 'Save beneficiary for future use' option at the bottom of the screen
    7. Select continue
    8. Enter and confirm OTP
    9. Confirmation screen

  • How to do an Absa to Absa transfer

    1. Open the Absa Zambia Mobile App on your device
    2. Login
    3. Select 'Transact' at the bottom of the screen
    4. Select Absa to Absa as the payment type
    5. Select Pay a new beneficiary
    6. Select branch name, enter account number and account holders name and enable 'Save beneficiary for future use' option at the bottom of the screen
    7. Select continue
    8. Review and save
    9. Enter OTP and comfirm
    10. Confirmation screen
