  • Set-up process

    • Access will be through our internet banking platform, so no software installation required.
    • Register by signing a service provider indemnity form and issue service provider identification number (SPIN).
    • Payers are recruited once they fill in a direct debit mandate (DDM) and forward it to your organisation.
    • Your organisation then forwards the direct debit mandate (DDM) to Absa for verification and distribution to other banks for non-Absa customers.
